Why Lesson Planning Implementation of The Department of Education Here in the Philippines Is Lame?

When a strategy leads to failure what should we do? Early in college years we are bombarded with principles of planning. We are not stupid enough to realize that planning is indeed critical to every success. Without planning there are obscure goals yes we know that principles more than any morons in the department of education can realize (not all of them but I can say that there are! Based on the Memorandums and policies they sign and authors) . We know that if we plan we can create diverse strategies for our diverse learners. Yes we understand that and we care about that more than anything. We understand further that if we plan it will be easier to craft and prepare materials, and assessments. Yes I agree with those! But not to the extent on how it is being implemented to day. Which will I explain as childishly as I can, so as to shed understanding to those high ranking officials who will fail to understand.

Policies have their spirit. These are the guiding principles by which they were created. If a certain road is declare 30 kms speed limit? What could be the principle behind that? In case higher bureaucracy personnel couldn't understand, the raison detre is safety. Every laws and policies have their principles. These are the reason behind such existence. In every goal, there are specific processes to in order to accomplish it. There are MEANS and there are OUTCOMES. Goals are outcomes that we are trying to generate. To have a positive relationship between a goal and an outcomes there must be tested and effective strategies. Strategies are the are the means so a given individual or a group of individual could get into a good outcome. A good strategy can lead into a good outcome and a bad strategy will definitely lead to a bad outcome. Any retard could understand that.

What makes a good strategy and a bad strategy? If the strategy fails to yield a good outcome then it is a bad strategy. And on the other hand, if a strategy is able to yield good outcome, then is is a good strategy. I know that back while I am on college! Come on do not let yourselves be eaten by your alter egos. In fact all your policies were never new. Half cooked and moronic probably! Yes you have plenty of it. It overwhelms us all.

I hope you morons have understood what a good strategy and a bad strategy is. Do you? Now, lesson planning does more worse than good. If you won't believe try asking those teacher you try to deny the right to human dignity. Go to the mountains where a teacher needs to hike three or four hours just to reach the school site. Ask the teachers who are having self contained classes. Ask them how many hours of sleep do they get and ask yourself if you are still humans. Go ask them. After all, "all you can say if if you don't want the system, go out!". Well you you just have proved to all of us the limited capacity of you to adhere to sound reason. You can't answer sensible question and suggestions without the use of coercion. In short you are the gods of your own domains in the department. You have no sense of acceptance. But what I see is you have no capacity to think. We love our students! We want them to learn. We want them to succeed much as you want to leave a mark. We should be working together. It was never our fault that you implemented a half-baked program. Did we? What have we done as a teacher? We wrote lesson plans prepare materials, activities and exams. We walked all the way from the safety of our homes. What have you done as planners? What have you done as executives? what have you done as educational leaders? WHAT HAAAAVE YOU DONE! You promote a culture of hate among us.

The constitution provides a liberal education in all levels of learning. But you prefer your traditional ways of torturing those who fight from the frontlines for you while you remain seated there inside your air conditioned rooms. As Ygritte always say in Game of Thrones to Jon Snow. "You Know Nothing". We also know nothing. In that degree we should know everything and talk about things. Do away with your stupid philosophy of opening the door out. Those who expects grievances are critical to the improvement of any social organization and institution. Don't dare to lecture about me on the sociology and politics and Philosophy of Education. I dare warn you not.
