Tips For Aspiring Leaders
There is one thing that I will never ever regret in my life. That I grub the opportunity to be in Kilala ES. I have many things that I should reflect upon. Distance and physical obstacles is one thing. Motivation is another. I have learned that job will always be difficult no matter what. There will be times that you consider stopping your course. Then things will go crazier storms will blow their vilest surges. You will be shaken, you will struggle. You will fall and will crumble into pieces to carried away by the currents. There is nothing that can beat doing for the sake of doing. That moment when you started working for the sake of working. For the accomplishments of goal. Leadership and the kind of community is also critical. Below are the things that I will never ever fail to consider whenever I become a leader.
1. Be a goal oriented leader.
2. Always build a good relationship with everyone. Share your goals and involve everyone in planning. There is no sweeter working condition that working with individuals who believe and care for each other.
3. Be always sure that roles are clearly stated. Utilize your manpower, use them where they are effective. Do not send them in an unfamiliar territory when there is someone out there able to achieve victory in the easiest way possible.
4. Always do everything in advance.
5. Job is already a savage thing. Do not make it worse. Learn to stand for what is right. Fight for those who stand with you.
6. Stay humble and meek but show your strength. Recognize your weaknesses so that you will become strong.
7. Life's greatest battle is against pride. Conquer pride, and make and empire of friendship. Show the world what you can do with the slightest existence of you, bragging it.
8. Members follows their leader. That is a given but towards a successful outcome, members follow best if they follow a leader worthy to be followed.
9. Be a leader that your members would willingly die fighting for you. Do not use your members. Mobilise them. Bring them up and hold them together in unity.
But after all I don't want to lead I write this for individuals out there who has the dream of leading. After all life is what you want to be. We live for a purpose. One big reason of unhappiness might be our failure to fulfill our purpose. Another is that we are deprived the chance to reach our full potential. Live life and explore your limits. Eat breakfast at the top of the mountain if you feel like it. We are all leaders of our own selves. As I transfer new things and new horizons will unfold before me. Above everything there will always be countless and countless of obstacles. I struggled because for a year I have fought a wrong war. I have fought for the wrong causes and I have fought on a wrong battlefield. I was placed in an unfamiliar territory. I was left with nothing. I was a victim of gruelling politics inside the bureaucracy of the Department of Education. But lucky is me in my ability to learn on even the most vile environment. All I want to say is. Watch out for me. I will become a better educator than any of those who got me into trouble.
